Well-appointed and large rooms with a balcony and useful staff. A wide array of supplies in the room: central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. Their service was great. Everything perfect. Absolutely perfect location, a few steps away from everywhere. Besides, excellent for visiting Seville Museum of Fine Arts.

Gracious, helpful staff, recommended good local restaurant for breakfasts. Quiet location in the old quarter. Roof top patio is lovely. Scrupulously clean. Able to walk easily to the sights of Seville.

Very nice position. Close to bus station but also very close to the city center. Not noisy during the night. Very nice staff.
Very very very small room (two luggages did not fit. I mean, they did but you have to "jump" them while walking in the room). The room window was facing the hotel hall and not the road, so we were forced to keep the windows shut during all the time we were in the room. I think that 60 euros were to much for that.

Nice, clean and modern hotel in the center of the city.
It was a bit expensive but maybe it was because of the feria de abril. No windows in the room and the room perfume they used was awful.

Interior room lacked a window, leaving it stuffy and cramped with minimal storage for luggage.

The location & cost was incredible, staff very helpful if you require english they are able to speak to you in both espanol y english ;) Parking is at a Parking Garage a few mins walk away that is in Madglena Plaza at the El Corte Ingles which keeps the car cool in the heat. Free Wifi throughout so that very useful. There is even a coffee machine for a keep cup in the morning, nice touch before you head out.
Too short a stay, have to go back

The hotel is beautifully maintained and the staff's kindness added warmth to my experience.

The hotel has a lovely central patio area.
I found the noise to be quite disruptive, especially during the night. The walls are thin, and I could hear other guests clearly throughout my stay, challenging to relax. My room had cleanliness issues, made me uncomfortable, particularly with bugs appearing by the sink.

The hotel was in a great location for shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and the staff pleasant and helpful. Although no hotels seemed to have coffee in the rooms during our travels this one did have coffee provided in the lobby in the mornings. The rooftop patio was nice to enjoy coffee or a drink during the day. The staff also called a cab for us on our departure which came promptly.
Our friends booked the same type of room for the same price as us yet their room was larger than ours and had a mini bar and large bathroom. Our room was adequate but the bathroom was very small with a small shower only and there was a pillar in the middle of the bathroom which made it cramped. The safe in our wardrobe was not bolted down and could actually be removed (but in hindsight we weren't too worried about locking our things up while there).

Great location near Plaza de Armas and a ten minute walk to the city center. Room was clean with air conditioning and tea-making facilities. A pleasant patio area. Noise from the reception was bothersome at times, especially being on the ground floor. I also spotted some bugs in the room, made me uncomfortable despite the cleanliness overall. The staff was very helpful, and I appreciated the free coffee offered in the atrium every morning.

Spacious room, large windows, cleanliness, availability of king size bed
Very small tv, spartan accommodations (only one trash can, tiny soaps, no hand lotion, no tissues) very expensive, but I stayed during the Feria de Abril when prices are high throughout the city.
